Why Jachi
Licensed clinicians and modern tools, built around your life.
A clinician licensed in your state reviews your history, decides on your treatment and follows up as you go.
We prescribe FDA-approved medications, and only when they're right for you.
Our AI assistant handles check-ins, reminders and everyday questions, and sends anything medical to your clinician.
Your clinician sends prescriptions to the pharmacy you choose, or to one that ships to your door.
Jachi is cash-pay, so you don't need insurance or a referral. Medication and lab tests are billed separately.

FAQ
What to know about our clinicians, services and AI.
Have a question we didn't cover? Ask our AI assistant, or email our team and we'll get back to you. Please don't include health details.
Physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants for medical care, and licensed therapists for therapy. Everyone is licensed in your state, practices through independent medical groups and makes every clinical decision about your care.
No. The care assistant is AI. It helps with intake, check-ins, reminders and everyday questions about your care. It never diagnoses, prescribes, provides therapy or changes your treatment. A clinician reviews what it prepares, and we'll always tell you when you're talking with AI.
Everyday illnesses, prescription refills, therapy, anxiety and depression, sexual health, men's and women's health, skin conditions and weight. Search the conditions on this page to check yours. Some problems need an exam, a test or a procedure in person, and your clinician will tell you if that's the case.
You meet with a licensed therapist by private video. Therapists don't prescribe medication. If medication could help, our anxiety and depression care can work alongside your therapy.
Your clinician orders the right tests, and you give a quick sample at a nearby lab. Lab fees are billed separately. If you test positive for an infection that can be treated with medication, your clinician can prescribe it. Some infections, like gonorrhea, are treated with a shot given in person.
Yes. PrEP is medication that greatly lowers your chance of getting HIV. You'll need an HIV test and other lab work before you start and every 3 months, which your clinician will order.
For men: erectile dysfunction, hair loss and premature ejaculation. For women: birth control, emergency contraception, menopause symptoms, yeast infections, BV and hair thinning. ED medications aren't safe with nitrate heart medicines, so your clinician reviews your health and medications first.
No. We don't prescribe or refill controlled substances, such as ADHD stimulants, benzodiazepines like Xanax, opioids, testosterone, phentermine or sleep medicines like Ambien. If you take one, keep working with the clinician who prescribes it.
We focus on FDA-approved medications. That can include GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide (Wegovy®) and tirzepatide (Zepbound®) when your clinician decides they're right for you. Not everyone will be prescribed medication.
Yes. The most common side effects of GLP-1 medications affect digestion, like nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and constipation. Serious risks can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems and a possible risk of thyroid tumors. Your clinician will go over the risks with you and won't prescribe if it isn't safe for you.
We're finalizing our prices and will share them before we open, so you'll know what your care costs before you start. Jachi is cash-pay, so you won't need insurance. Medication and lab tests are billed separately by your pharmacy and lab.
