These terms apply to your use of jachihealth.com and its tools, including the care finder, condition search, weight care check, help chat and early access list. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Jachi isn't open yet
Jachi Health is preparing to launch online care, starting in Texas. For now, the site shares information about our planned services and lets you join our early access list. You can't book visits or receive care through the site yet, and services, prices and availability may change before launch. When we open, using our care services will require agreeing to additional terms, including a telehealth consent from the medical group that provides your care.
Not medical advice, and not for emergencies
Everything on this site, including the care finder, condition search, weight care check and help chat, is general information only. It isn't medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and using the site doesn't create a clinician-patient relationship. Talk with a licensed clinician about your health.

The AI help assistant
Our help chat uses artificial intelligence to answer general questions about Jachi. It isn't a person or a clinician, and its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on it for medical decisions, and please don't share personal health information in the chat. For anything it can't answer, submit a ticket or email us.
Who can use our services
Jachi's services are for adults 18 and older. You must be 18 or older to join the early access list.
The early access list
Joining the list lets us email you about our launch. It doesn't reserve care, guarantee that we'll open in your state or lock in prices. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Using the site properly
Please don't misuse the help chat or forms, including by sending automated or bulk requests; try to break, overload or get around the site's security; copy or scrape the site's content; or use the site for anything illegal. We may limit or block access to protect the site and other visitors.
Our content
The Jachi Health name, leaf logo, text, design and tools on this site belong to Jachi Health or its licensors. You're welcome to view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise copy or reuse them without our written permission. Other product names mentioned on the site, like Wegovy® and Zepbound®, belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as crisis lines and government agencies. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep information accurate and current, but we can't guarantee that it always is.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Jachi Health won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Jachi grows, and we'll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
